Il progetto è parte di una serie di modelli di case progettate per la casa società HXL Giubigiasco (Svizzera) nel 2013 e messi in vendita dalla stessa società ed esposti in mostre di costruzione in Svizzera (Lugano fiera).

Il modello è stato poi sviluppato per un appezzamento di terreno in Svizzera Claro piccola città ed è attualmente in vendita con il progetto. Il lavoro svolto è stato quello di fornire un progetto di una casa che può essere trasformato cambiando il colore della parte superiore e il materiale della parte sottostante. Il legno scuro che riveste la parte basamentale è progettata per assomigliare (anche per la bassa altezza del corpo rispetto al corpo superiore) ad un recinto, una parete di chiusura del paesaggio di minimo impatto ambientale. Mentre la parte superiore del corpo è progettato per distinguersi nel panorama (anche per il prodotto separazione dal corpo inferiore) simile a un faro di notte eccezionale di notevoli dimensioni quando le luci interne lo illuminano.

E 'un edificio modulare, in cui un elemento lineare coperto con tavole di legno lungo il piano terra che contiene gli spazi nel corso della giornata, alcune aree di gioco e due box auto è sormontato da una zona notte massiccia interpiano superiore come sopra. Il desiderio di non aderire alle stesse altezze dei piani deriva sia dalla possibilità offerta dal regolamento edilizio svizzeri che prevedono un altezza minima di 2,50 m dell'interpiano, sia un'altezza massima di 7,50 metri.

Una delle possibilità offerte dal progetto è quello di cambiare la pelle cambiando la qualità degli edifici poiché i due corpi incastrati progettati per essere fornito con texture contrastanti. Inoltre, gran parte della costruzione può essere realizzata con pannelli a secco con un risparmio in termini di tempo e costi e un minore impatto ambientale.

Le pareti sono pareti a sandwich montati su una struttura di legno, lo spessore complessivo del piano di copertura e pareti è uguale e circa 45 centimetri. Per soddisfare gli standard di efficienza energetica in Svizzera.

Il progetto è definitivo e in attesa di essere approfondito dopo l'acquisto.
